Our journey
Summer 2023: Initial contacts we established between the women networks representatives of various organisations. The decisions was made to keep the engagements cross-sector, as the topics we were addressing were universal and largely applicable to a variety of industries.
Nov 2023: First virtual cross‑industry forum was hosted by Women in National Grid, bringing together representatives of 15 organisations.
Q1–Q2 2024: Working groups formed on Menopause, Women in Operational Roles, and Allyship aiming to share the successes and approaches that worked well, which could be replicated in other organisations.
